Elias Yiannatsis is a member of Yiannatsis & Associates Law Firm. He has handled both civil and penal law cases with an expertise in a wide field of family disputes, including international couples’ and LGBTQI +persons’ relationships.

He is experienced with international child abduction and child’s relocation cases, standing also for parent’s equality and shared custody. He is also a member of NELFA’s Legal Group supporting freedom of movement of LGBTQI+ Families in Europe.
